Introducing Lynne Sheehy
We are delighted to formally welcome Lynne Sheehy as Managing Director of PFAS.
Lynne joined PFAS in May 2026 and brings more than 11 years of experience within the health assessment sector. Throughout her career she has held a number of senior leadership positions, developing extensive expertise in service delivery, operational leadership and large-scale transformation.
Having spent her first months getting to know the business, Lynne has already been inspired by the commitment, professionalism and passion displayed by colleagues across PFAS.
“I’ve worked in this industry for over 11 years. I am incredibly passionate about the service that we provide to customers. Most importantly, I was attracted to the people.”

One of the things that has stood out most to Lynne since joining PFAS is the dedication of colleagues throughout the organisation.
While recognising the expertise within the business, she believes it is the passion for helping customers and continuously improving services that truly defines PFAS.
“It’s not just about how brilliant the people are who work at PFAS, it’s how passionate they are about the service and really making a difference.”

About Lynne Sheehy
Lynne brings more than 11 years of leadership experience within the health assessment sector. Prior to joining PFAS, she held a number of senior positions responsible for commercial delivery, operational performance and service transformation.
Outside of work, Lynne enjoys spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, learning new skills and is a keen Manchester City supporter.
My vision is simple: to put our customers at the heart of everything we do, while creating a place where people are proud to join, grow and stay.
