How PFAS Uses Employee Feedback to Improve Workplace Wellbeing

At PFAS, we believe that creating a positive workplace starts with listening to our people.

Supporting employee wellbeing isn’t a box-ticking exercise or an annual initiative, it’s an ongoing commitment that influences how we work, communicate, and grow together.

That’s why we use Govox, a wellbeing feedback platform designed to give every colleague a voice while helping us build a healthier, more supportive working environment.

Putting Colleague Wellbeing at the Heart of PFAS

Every other month, PFAS colleagues receive a short wellbeing check-in through Govox. While it only takes a few minutes to complete, the insights it provides help us better understand the experiences, challenges, and wellbeing needs of our colleagues.

By encouraging honest feedback, it helps us:

  • Understand how colleagues are feeling across the business
  • Identify wellbeing trends and areas where additional support may be needed
  • Shape meaningful wellbeing initiatives based on real colleague feedback
  • Foster open, ongoing conversations about health, wellbeing, and workplace experience

This proactive approach allows us to continually improve the colleague experience and ensure wellbeing remains a priority throughout the organisation.

More Than a Survey: A Personalised Wellbeing Support Tool

Govox doesn’t just help PFAS gather feedback, it also provides direct support for colleagues.

Through the platform, employees can:

  • Access relevant wellbeing resources and support services
  • Receive tailored wellbeing content based on their responses
  • Choose whether to provide feedback anonymously or openly
  • Connect with guidance and assistance when they need it most

A Commitment to Proactive Wellbeing

We want every colleague to feel supported, safe, and happy at work โ€” and to leave work without carrying the stress home.

Govox is that proactive additional layer, especially where people maybe don’t want to talk it out, but feel more comfortable writing something about it.

Creating a Better Employee Experience Through Feedback

At PFAS, we recognise that the best workplace improvements come from listening to the people who experience them every day.

The insights gathered through Govox help inform wellbeing campaigns, colleague engagement initiatives, and wider organisational improvements. Every response contributes to a clearer understanding of what matters most to our teams and where we can make a positive difference!

Turning Feedback into Action

At PFAS, colleague feedback doesn’t sit on a report, it helps shape the support we provide.

Through insights gathered via Govox, we identified that financial wellbeing was a growing concern for some colleagues.

In response, we introduced a partnership with FinWell, giving employees access to expert financial education, guidance and tools to help them build confidence around their finances.

This is just one example of how colleague feedback informs real business decisions and leads to meaningful changes that support our people both inside and outside of work.

By listening to what colleagues tell us, we’re able to introduce targeted initiatives that address the issues that matter most, ensuring wellbeing support remains relevant, practical and impactful.
