“Hi, I am Sophie Ellis, I joined PFAS in 2023 as the Head of Clinical supporting WCA and PIP colleagues!”
Why did you join PFAS?
“I joined (PFAS) because the values really align with my own; Teamwork, Wellbeing and Integrity. They are incredibly important to me and are apparent in all areas of the business!”
Why would you recommend PFAS?
“I recommend PFAS because the support you receive is exceptional. You will receive the support you need, when you need it most!”
What is your Top Tip for joining PFAS?
“My Top Tip when joining PFAS is to allow yourself to be a novice! Nobody knows everything and you’re not expected to know everything, but there will always be someone who knows and is willing to help!”
