Welcome to PFAS Careers!

Welcome to PFAS, one of the fastest-growing providers of PIP and WCA assessments in our industry. As part of the IPRS Group, we’re on track to being recognised as one of the very best providers of PIP assessments, with the highest clinical quality, the most attentive care and – crucially – the most well-supported, dedicated team.

A team that fills a very specific role – interviewing claimants over the phone, via a video call, or face-to-face to understand the challenges they face. Assessing their conditions with medical reports, interviews, observations and examinations.

A team that has clinical experts and assessors based all around the Southeast of the UK, working remotely and on-site.

A team we’re glad you’ll soon be a part of.

We want work to be a place where you form great relationships, have a great impact, and most importantly build a great career. By looking after the details, we’ve made PFAS a place where you can really maximise your professional potential.”

Martyn Jackson – IPRS Group CEO – February 2024

Our Difference is in the detail

We take pride in our commitment to the little details that truly make a positive impact for both our claimants and our colleagues:

We’re focused on:

  • Doing everything we can to provide a supportive, stress-free service
  • Putting the claimant at the centre of everything we do, and giving them the right care and respect
  • Investing in you and every one of your colleagues, with training, support and the right benefits package

Wellbeing

We take wellbeing seriously as we support you inside and out of the workplace. From the small things, like on-site fruit deliveries and annual leave buy back options, to the big things like access to wellbeing champions and mental health first aiders, we’ll make sure you’re always supported and rewarded.

Teamwork

Teamwork is our superpower! It’s the key to our success. PFAS team members are here to support each other. When we all put our skills and ideas together, it helps us solve problems effectively and support one another. From daily good morning messages in your Team Chats to supporting each other with our day-to-day tasks, we champion teamwork at all levels.

Integrity

Always doing the right thing is vital for PFAS. We are always honest and trustworthy because it helps build strong connections with our claimants, colleagues and partners.

When we act with integrity, it creates a transparent and safe environment where everyone feels valued.

Our values are championed and embodied by our colleagues and leaders. They’re values our colleagues tell us are important to them, and that every member of our team works hard to embody.

Looking beyond the day to day

There’s more to life at PFAS than the standard day job. Sure, over the course of your day you’ll talk to your line managers, carry out 3-4 assessments a day and log everything you learn, but you’ll also have access to support groups and help us in our charity efforts.

Every year, we ask our colleagues to nominate their chosen charities and then vote on them together. This year, our colleagues decided to support Sand’s so we’ll be running a range of Easter events, fancy dress days, sporting events and physical challenges to raise much-needed funds. You’ll also have a tree planted in your name when you join us (and on your birthday) by our partners at Tree Nation to support the planet’s health.

And here’s just a taste of what else you can expect from a career at PFAS:

Weekly wellbeing check-ins and access to support from Govox

Access to Health Cash Plan – get cash back on a variety of treatments such as Eye Tests, Physiotherapy, Dental and more
