Melissa brings over 18 years of experience in health and wellbeing across both public and private sectors. She has a proven track record in leading large-scale transformation, improving delivery outcomes, and enhancing customer experience. Her expertise comes from leading large teams in clinical delivery, implementing complex programs, and managing contract exits with precision.
As an experienced leader, Melissa combines transformation management skills with strong commercial acumen and a collaborative approach. She thrives on creating meaningful change that benefits both people and performance. Outside of work Melissa is a mum both to humans and a dog, enjoys travelling and reading.

Kerry Rolfe

Head of Finance

“As part of PFAS and the IPRS Group, I’ve worked my way up since the day I first qualified.”

After qualifying as an accountant through the ACCA in 2002, Kerry Rolfe took up a finance position within IPRS Group. Since then, she’s never looked back. With over 20 years spent balancing the books at PFAS and our sister brands, Kerry was promoted to Head of Finance in 2025 – showing that if you have the drive, PFAS is a place you can grow your career.
When she’s not working, Kerry can be found spending quality time with her family and her horses.

Ed Henderson

Commercial director

“When systems are complex, you have to find solutions that let everyone on every side find value.”

With a strong background working with various suppliers of government services, Ed understands the challenges of the HAAS contract inside and out. While he has a wealth of experience when it comes to healthcare, Ed’s also worked in the Airspace, Utilities and Custody sectors – positioning him perfectly to support the whole PFAS team.
After-hours, you’ll find Ed with his nose buried in a book as he indulges in his love of learning.

Diane Wythe

Business Support director

“I want to create teams that feel supported and able to thrive.”

With two decades’ experience as part of the IPRS group, Diane has previously worked in operations, commercial leadership and human resources – giving her a full overview of everything our business needs to succeed. As business support director, Diane provides the benefit of her experience and knowledge to the whole team.

Senior Management Team

Katie Smith

Head of Clinical Governance and Assurance

“All my clinical experience is here for the team to make use of whenever it’s needed.”

After spending time as a nurse within the NHS, Katie swapped the wards for the WCA contract 15 years ago. Since then, she’s held a range of clinical roles, building deep, hands-on assessment expertise. Now actively upskilling and training to undertake PIP assessments, Katie stays fully abreast of current assessment standards, using that insight to better support colleagues and strengthen clinical quality across the business. She brings her experience and knowledge to ensure teams remain aligned with the latest clinical guidance and quality analytics.
Outside of work, Katie can be found riding her mountain bike or spending quality time with her husband and two children.

Munya Zowa

Head of haas lot 3

“We’ve got to put customers at the heart of everything we do.”

With 14 years’ industry experience behind him, Munya views leadership as a privilege. Guided by his strong clinical background and work as an assessor himself, he leads with credibility and empathy, setting high standards while supporting others to deliver consistently excellent outcomes. He’s led teams across PFAS and beyond, helping his people drive clinical and operational improvements built on strong teamwork, open collaboration and a shared vision.
Come rain, shine or snow, you’ll find Munya by his grill, BBQing in any weather.

Alana Simpson

Head of haas lot 4

“I’m always excited to offer my years of experience to the people on my team.”

12 years in the military, 20 as a registered nurse – Alana’s worked in some of the most demanding clinical and operational environments, where she honed her leadership skills. Working as an assessor, CSL, ACM and performance manager, this experience gives her a sharp eye for quality, compliance and capability. Alana’s focused on helping the people she works with reach their full potential.
Outside the office, Alana is either enjoying the wilderness, blasting tunes in the kitchen, or rocking out at a gig.
